I read the rules again, what i see clearly the rule says; 1.6 If a gangmember gets chased by cops/gangs, he cannot get back to his HQ for 5 minutes | WARN, if you watch the video carefully you won't see anyone chasing me.I just left hq and i returned after 1-2 minutes. but when I came back, he was still standing in front of my hq and I've already maneuvered to get in hq (as you can see in this ss). not because he shot at me, since I was a deputy, I had to go to hq 30 minutes later to decide who would play on the turf. and if you go to 1.30 seconds of the pov you can see this video has been edited. The id of the person driving the motorcycle is not visible in the video. This guy knows I'm the deputy and he also knows that if I get punished, the gang will be punished.

Finally this guy is metagaming but getting no punishment for it.

when you are Being shot and in an RP situation it is not allowed to Run to your HQ, Admin took the Proper Decision.
ID 950 Will also be Punished for MG.
