We got a 10-15 Id 19300 He was in cuffs. Then he did possible metagaming (Admin can request his Pov as the situation was involved from a store robbery) and told his friend ID 10764, His friend tried to do Mercy Killing of his friend. And did RDM Shooting without an Ic reason, No demands nothing...
