I WAS GO TO OUT OF CITY SO I ASK MY FRIEND TO PAY MY APARTMENT TAX HE LOGIN MY ACCOUNT TO TIMES AND THE ADMIN GAVE ME BAN SOORY I DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS RULE THANKS
