2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firsly i wanna be the leader of National Guard becuase i have a lot of experience in legal orgs. I have been a Colonel in NG, COS at FIB, executive assistant cheif LSPD, and deputy cheif at EN2. I have also became leader in another city and thus I know how to handle out org without getting warns.
I wanna change the people mind of looking NG as boring because if NG is not there so, other legal orgs will not recieve arms and weapons and will be a little weak because of it.
I wanna make NG very active and show other leaders that this org can also achieve this thing. After standing on gates, i will try to host good and interesting events so that my officers are not bored and feel good
I wanna be leader of it so that there is good security at gates and the NG raids are always succesfull. This will make NG more active.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
As NG has a big base and has a lot of space, we can conduct training sessions in the base so that everyone knows all the rules and the RP become more better.
I will be conducting tests every week and whoever fails it will be given training again and will be demoted 2-3 ranks down. If he improves, the same rank will be given again.
The Head of Military police and Head of Recruitment will have to go thorugh a long chain of interview to gain that rank because that rank has a lot of responsibility.
I would handle favourism and will make sure only those peope get rank who are active.
The patrolling in air will be most active because its very important and is neglected everytime.
