I had been away from the game for a period of 17 days and gave my account to a friend to manage while I was away. Unfortunately, my friend logged into my account twice and made transactions, including paying taxes. I realize now that it was not appropriate to allow someone else to access my account, and I assure you that it will not happen again in the future. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this game, and I would be devastated if I could not continue playing due to this mistake. I kindly ask that you reconsider your decision to ban my account and allow me to continue playing the game.
