I asked my 3 organization friends "Can I talk ooc for 5 seconds while there is no RP" and they said yes please because there was a FAIL RP, I was punished for saying FAIL RP . Please check the admin POV.we were arguing amongst ourselves to make sure FIN did FAIL RP.
