I Want to Be the Leader of The NG For Many Reasons
I have been in The NG org for 5 months
My Experience in the NG
Expert pilot in the air Force division
Head of team Seal Team Six + Head of RR ( Shabah Verlic ) term
Rank: 28 ( Head of Department )
I want to become the leader of NG because I have good experience in NG. I was a Brigadier General previous terms in NG and I learned a lot of good and bad things in NG if I become the leader of NG I will try to fix all the problem of NG
2) NG is one of the most important organizations to protect the city and help other departments like LSPD, FIB, & SAHP by providing backup. and ammo run I have been in NG for 2 terms, serving the state and learning about the state myself, and I think I am ready to become the leader of NG and bring some good changes.
3). I want to be the leader of NG because I want to prove people wrong about NG and how it's one of the best organizations. I believe NG would be a perfect organization, as I worked there and noticed a lot of things that officers wanted them to change. I have lived in this city for a long time and have gained experience in nearly every organization. I have a thorough understanding of the rules, which is critical for keeping NG alive and well.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in an organization.
1.) I make sure that all departments work properly and that there is no nepotism in any department. I also work on laws and have hired the best human resources to train soldiers perfectly and give them a lot of knowledge about the laws and regulations of NG, as well as explain to them the authority and work of NG.
NG people need to be encouraged to do things, so I would implement a bonus scheme that is mainly aimed at the lower ranks, like privates, specialists, etc.
2.) Make sure every single soldier knows the state legislation
3.) Favoritism: I will never allow favoritism during my term. Agents will only be promoted on promotion days if the leader approves. If I find favoritism in my high command team, this high command will be fired from the organization.
4.)4. Multiple promotions after the raid for the attending soldier
Department Management System:
Air Force
This is an Air-Force Department that is patrolling on Skye of NG and they also take a soldiers to the Global
SAS
This is the Department of Special officer only High skilled shooters or professional global training will join this department when they pass 2 phases of training then they are accepted in this department phase 1 shooting training and phase 2 global training.
Military Police
These would hand out strikes to officers who are doing something wrong and are also in control of the department strikes, they investigate corrupt soldiers and would build a case file against them, and they would work side by side with public relations when someone has put in a complaint about an NG soldier
Human Resources
This department would take charge of training and interviewing new recruits they must train people properly and prepare them for NG they would also review applications and take a decision about accepted or rejected
JAG
This is the department that makes sure the soldier follows the rules and laws and this department also handles the court of ng and gives equal rights to everyone.

This is the Department of medical this department make sure that all soldier is well and gives a pill to these soldiers who need pills they also make sure that the soldier at the gates is with full health and check in every 20 to 30 min to gatekeepers health
