Nezar was a young teen ager when he travled to the city. That day he was there everyone was killing each other he been injured many times and survived barely. Then a guy showed up from the hospitel called Salvatore goodman. He turned on his car and saw me standing there so he told me to get. He brought me to the his family house and fed me and took care of me. His family that called topshelf took also the care of me the help me when ever i need help. No matter where and when. They toughed me how to survive. Nezar went with them many times to ghetto to clap people and rob people to have some stuff for himself. Since he was poor too. After a while, Nezar decided to stop all of that. And wanted to join a legal org (LSPD) since his family did that too. He become a hc in not too long time and mange to do the hard work very fast. So Wolfy want to be nice back to his family. And also the old habit always was hunting him and wanted him to do what he was doing in the past.
1. Nezar can take people out of the jail for in return an amount up (100k max) and the mission from darknet.
2. Nezar can be partial to his family and friends.
3. Nezar can lie on everyone
4. Nezar can give less jail time to whoever he wants in exchange of intel or bribe.(bribe:100k max)
5. Nezar can buy/sell illegal stuff in black market. (Not from org).
6. Nezar can pick up illegal guns once the gun fight is over and keep it.
7. Nezar can turn a blind eye if someone in his family member or friends are doing something illegal on the streets.
