Approved mass VDM and car ramming | 1402

Me and my friends were just chilling on the beach and chatting until those 2 started mass vdming us back and forth they said they were lagging but they hit me over 5 times so there is no way that this is just lag they were accurate and fast like they literally hit everybody all the time so they were aiming for us their IDs were 83 and 1402 please do something about it this can't go unnoticed cuz people like them ruin the server's experience for everybody.
