Life Story:
Oenie grew up in the streets of los santos with his Kin Amy.
Both low on finances they dreamt of glitter and gold.
the only way they saw to achieve this was trough crime,
Both had their own ideas and ideals on how they would achieve wealth and went their separate ways.
Early on Oenie came in touch with the crime infested streets of los santos and found a quick buck in selling items he managed to retrieve from law enforcement officers on the black market and soon he built up quite the connections of people in his trade.
But this all was not enough; he missed the feeling of loyalty and kinship.
So he joined a gang to try and fulfill his need for brotherhood and wealth.
Soon Oenie got arrested for a failed robbery and the possession of illegal firearms.
After serving many prison terms alone Oenie felt the urge for brotherhood even more than before so he aimed to alter his life.
Career Story:
Having spent a lot of time in the prison complex and felt at home there he tried to return a service to the warden.
the warden gladly accepted Oenie's offer and gave him a chance to better his life.
Oenie worked hard and made it through the ranks in the correctional facility.
But all this was not enough even with the newly made friends he wanted to accomplish more,
He wanted to do more to try and repair the mistakes he made.
so after a long period of being a correctional officer and later on a police officer
he was given a chance in the fib,
after making it through their trainings and becoming an field agent it became clear that Oenie could not settle here due to corruption in their ranks how could he follow a principle if they could not held it to their own standards?
so he made a hasty decision to abandon it all.
He then tried his luck with the national guard in which gregory house accepted him on the only condition of loyalty , which Oenie accepted.
Outcomes:
1.Oenie is able to torture/interrogate/kill for his benefit or use truth serum. [using /try command ]
2. Oenie can accept bribes up to a 100k
3. Oenie can sell illegal weapons that he picked up due to his gunrunner past
4. Oenie can perform any illegal activity due to his criminal past.
