Rejected Warn for GR 6.15 | Bill Austin

I was given a warning and 3 hours in jail for GR 6.15 by Bill Austin i believe i should not have been punished as it is obviously provoking by the player who reported, i am in the redzone i guess near the edge where the guy hops out right behind me with a armor vest and a weapon in his hand but he somehow is not in redzone even though there is a turf there and it used to be considered ghetto he then gets back in his car after obviously baiting me to shoot at him to then come next to me and say "kill me kill me" how am i supposed to know the player is in redzone when he hops out behind me with a weapon and armored vest on clearly his intentions were to bait me also it is kind of fail rp/fear rp also he came from the redzone 2 seconds prior to him hopping out behind me with a vest and gun in hand therefore rp should be continued and as he hopped out with armor and a gun right after we were fighting his gang in redzone you would think he would shoot so we were attempting to defend ourselves. when we found out it was city we stopped shooting but thats beside the point i just think this is a harsh punishment as it would go differently if i were to bait and provoke players
