As you can see in the beginning of the video the guy that was working debt collector job was getting in his vehicle the same time I was running into the post office. When I came out he had hit my car down the street with his vehicle and then shot out my tires. You can hear the gunshots and he ran when I was running that way. My tires are also flat in the video. There was no RP and also he was working a job and just randomly shot out my tires.
