A leader of organization is not easy a lot of hard work is required to manage the organization.
I have a experience from another server and i have been hc in gangs many time
so,in en3 i want to share my experience to the players.
And vagos is the one of best gang in the city so i want take this responsibility and manage the gang properly.
2.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization?
As you know I will only hire the people who know basic roles and have some information about the work of gang.
And i will try my best to teach them more and more rules and help them in events and robberies.
