As you can see in the POV, the NG leader hostage jump into the water and never came back. He swam away.

In the first footage it can be seen that Bloods have 3 people at gunpoint (Maybe even 4 behind the big 6x6 red car, as you can see them aiming weapons at someone behind the car) and then proceed to shoot at us while having hostages. Now they will claim that they were not hostages but they were just robbing them but they still had their weapons pointed at them.

In the second footage a little bit later at the point where I jump off the pier it can clearly be seen from my point of view that there were no weapons pointed at me at the point where I jumped into the water. Bloods had every opportunity to give me a demand to step away from the ledge and the railing but they did not.

If the Bloods were in the wrong for shooting at us while having 3 (Maybe 4) people at gun point then everything past that point should not have happened. Therefor even if there was any Fear RP from my side it should not be even considered since there was a rule break that lead to me being taken hostage.

In this picture I have highlighted all the people they had at gunpoint or were being robbed.

Demands were given to leave from a previous hostage situation + why would you go near Gang that robbing your LEOs mates and aiming with your Gun which is Enough proper RP reason to start shooting at you!!
