Approved VDM in GZ | Id-106340

I died in weapon factory, spawned in hospital, got patched and came out and this guy out of nowhere came and killed me.
He also killed the guy who came to revive me, id- 96346.
Also run a check on Id-106340 cause the car was way too much boosted almost as if speed hack.
