I only found out today how bad the hostage situations really are and that Bloods think it is okay to give demands and just open fire when demands are being followed because it is a gang?

If someone follows your demands, whether you are robbing them or negotiating with them, ... you can not kill them. Legal organizations are following all demands here (guessing the demand was to leave because you just count down and RDM without giving demands at all) and still being shot after 5 seconds.

Also next time maybe actually give demands instead of just saying 5 4 3 2 1 and opening fire?

Every single FIB agent in the clip listened to the demand and started running thus giving absolutely no reason for bloods to start shooting them. You gotta be tripping if you think the fib agents would of made it to their cars in 5 seconds rofl
