Hi Sir,

My name is joseph Alistin (25570)

My car value was 7.5 MIL and this was the first time I was trying to sell my car and I was totally unaware about the rules .
Since the time I got into city this was the first time I was trying to sell the car and after I getting the punishment I got to know that I cannot sell the car less than state value of the car & I have learned from my mistake now.
Hence appealing the forums please help me get through this hurdle It would be a great help.
I spend almost 18 hrs a day in the city and trying my best to gain all knowledge I can about the FIB and city and enjoy spending time in server 3.
Please help me consider this & I promise to not to repeat the same mistake again and would ensure to take care of it form now on.
I will be honest with you we never tried to tricked the system
i'm really honest with you and you can trust me we never tried to evading tax ,
me and my friend following every rules in the server.
