ID 94955 will recive punishment for Ghetto rule 1.4
Ghetto Rule 1.4 It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission.

For the mass rule brake I can not conclude this report
as per the evidence provided it clear that State org are Getting shots in the ghetto
so its okay if they are stoping crime by shooting them back ​
