1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) :

1.1- Hey, I am filling up this application to be the new marabunta gang boss . I'm filling application tins for that reason. I thought I was fully prepared for the interview because my previous application for Ballas was accepted. However, I made three mistakes during the interview, but I thought that if I reviewed the roles again, I wouldn't make any more mistakes.
1.2- I have knowledge of all gangs and all regulations, including turf rules, ghetto rules, leader rules, and more, thanks to my experience as a former deputy of Ballas, a current under deputy of Ballas, an under deputy in Families, a Marabunta, and rank 11 in Bloods.

2.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization :

for me personally i know all most all the rules of the server and i know how to make good rp so I am going to have very hard rules for the gang example :

1.1- Anyone under the age of 18 who enters the city will be subjected to a series of questions (15–20 in total) about the gang's rules, server rules, ghetto rules, turf rules, event rules, and more. If he answers more than four questions correctly, he will be disqualified from joining, and he must return after one real day to answer additional questions for me to ensure that he has understood the rules.

1.2- Anyone over the age of 18 in the city will be subjected to a series of (5–15) questions about the gang's rules, server rules, ghetto rules, turf rules, event rules, and more. If he answers more than two questions incorrectly, he will not be allowed to join, and he must return after one real day to answer additional questions to ensure that he has understood the rules.

1.3- And anyone who breaks any rules will receive a half-warning, and if they are not broken within a week, the warning will be taken away. However, if they receive a second warning, they will be banned from the gang for 30 days and will not be allowed to participate in any gang activities.

1..4- Each person must pull up to the event and log in to it. Proof will receive a bonus from me directly so that I can attract additional gang members to events.

1.5- Whoever fails to arrive at events for a period of two days will receive a warning, and if he does it again the following day, he will be expelled for failing to arrive at events.

1.6- i am going to make members active by letting them doing gun store robbery - 24/7 - going to ghetto making a hostage set and more.....

1.7- i will make 4 turfs every day to get to my gall that's to get 100% turfs in one term

1.8- i will have the most active ppl as a gravity team and i will try my hard to have 10k or more gravity profit every h

1.9- i will try to have experienced deputy's of any org. before like Yagiz Warrior - Rashard - Elrussi and more....

1.10- i am going to have one of the best turf team in the history of grand
