I want to prove to you now that the color only changes when the background changes.
My colleague and I went to the Weapon Factory and tested the Crosshair through bushes and normal.
In my clip you can clearly see how the crosshair color only changes when the background is changed.
Clip 1: Purple Top Grand Theft Auto V 2023.03.23 - 22.01.15.09
Clip 2: Grand Theft Auto V 2023.03.23 - 22.00.43.08 (You can see there that the color of the cross hair stays the same because of the bush no matter if I aim at the person or not)
Btw i had the Same problem at the 15. November and Mazhor approved my unban appeal for it: Approved - Evidence to the contrary for illegal crosshair
