i was at HQ and some guy came and Show me his id and I got to know he is from GOV. He cuffed me for no reason and didn't even told me about that , and my hands were also not cuffed so i thought he is doing that with someone else and then I reloged in the game bcs my pda was not openings as I was cuffed but I didn't knew that I AM cuffed, and when I came back from relog, I was in Jail under comment Exit at arrest by Rose Kub. That guy was talking something something about the Server and all and cuffed me in mean time for no reason.
I need your help to punish him and help us to enjoy RP. THNKS
