1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I’ve been in the city for a little less than a year now and I’ve seen GrandRP as a project grow and improve. A constant issue most players come across in any RP situation is rule breaks. With such a limited amount of admins online at each time, they can’t get to everybody at once so I want to help improve RP and enforce rules making GrandRP a more enjoyable experience for everybody. To add to that, many new players don’t know where to start when they spawn in at the hotel. Because of this, they aren’t able to appreciate the full RP experience that GrandRP offers. Even for me as a new player, I had no idea about families, POV, orgs, etc. GrandRP has so much to offer for new players but without a little help to guide them, they may lose interest in the game and leave. I want to be an admin to help make the community of GrandRP bigger and better for both new and old people. Previously, I was also an assistant but my experience was short-lived as I made a small careless mistake. I’m applying again to try to get another shot at being an admin because I feel I’m more experienced now.
2. What are your strengths?
My strength is maturity as well as adaptability. I’m often quite mature and know how to handle situations without escalating things as well as being able to adapt to new environments quickly. This makes learning new things very easy for me.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
My greatest weakness is micromanagement. I sometimes micromanage things causing me to lose focus of the big picture.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Yes, I'm ready to leave RP and be an admin.

As of right now, I do not own a business but If I do end up having one, I will sell it.
