The whole time refusing to abide by proper Roleplay and was not following the directions given to him by the FIB agent or NG personnel. Acting like a clown and constantly mentions the gov website to see if he can get out of the situation. Changed the mask multiple times, changes his whole outfit, kept moving while being asked to turn around, and uses the f-word as well which was completely unnecessary. Most likely sent the ticket to the gods which got a player punished for RDM because of this situation which was not the case and later got removed. If you need more evidence for UB I will post more, since he was cuffed and still walking around so that he could not be dragged in the presence of two NG soldiers before he was brought to the DOC.
