I got demorgan for ER 1.11.
There is no visible res circle (Like in factory war) so we are left to assume the circle and guess its location.
I DO NOT !! want Morgan to get a reprimand, yet I do think that I was NOT in the wrong.
In my eyes (POV), It looked like he was in.

Rejected. Rule exists for people not to shoot outside zone and you did break it
