Life Story:
Vinsmok Judge born in Germany into a immigrant family, he was never welcomed in the community because of his nativity.
No matter what he did he always confronted with being an immigrant.
Vinsmoks father always treat him bad in his childhood, so Vinsmok had never money when going to school to buy something.
So he decided to steal, rob, and kill people to make some money. He joined the local gang HAWAIANs, they teached him,
to be the best in stealing/robbing people without getting caught! In a certain amount of the he becomes a well known and famous person in his gang,
but it wasnt enough for Vinsmok he cheated on the HAWAIANs and he stole all their money and left Germany.
He moved to Los Santos to start a new life but he realized it wont go well for a long time, his criminal past will catch him up.
One day he decided to rob a person who caught him red handed, he was a LSPD officer he offered him to be punished for his criminal activity or
to change his life and become a LEO.
Vinsmok and his deceitful thoughts agreed to become a LSPD officer.
He started as patrol officer he make an impression of Los Santos and their community.
He become popular everyone started to recognize him for his good job in the LSPD. That gave him the opportunity to raise up his position to
Division Chief in a way which no one has seen before.
Due to his criminal past and the opportunity that his position in the LSPD gave him, he decided to:
Outcomes:
1. Vinsmok can take bribes up to 100k (cash or valuables) to release them free (will use darknet if already processed).
2. Due to criminal past Vinsmok can participate in ghetto, fights, rob.
3. Vinsmok can refuse/lie about requesting lawyer, as he thinks lawyers are corrupt.
4. Vinsmok can use XXX serial numbered guns that he picketed from the ground, and sell them in black-market (No Org gear/weaponry WILL be sold on black market).
5. Vinsmok will do anything to help his close friends and family members from escaping the custody.
6. Vinsmok can sell confidential information to gang members from the cut off money.
7. Vinsmok can refuse to show his ID to anyone.
8. Vinsmok can destroy bodycam (/try 2times).
9. Vinsmok can break any state law (Driving off-road with any car, CCOP, Firearm law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention and Arrest act etc.), whether on- or off-duty.
10. Vinsmok thinks he is not safe off duty so he carries ID off-duty all the times as well as an organisation issued radio to listen in to conversations when off-duty.
