2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - I want to be leader of vagos because i was vagos leader before that gave me experience also i had bad term so i believe thats the chance for show my abilities again.
2.2 - I will make sure no toxicity in gang and between gang members, if there is a problem between gang members i will make sure to fix it.
2.3 - Being high command/deputy in multiple gangs gained me more experience and i want to make most respected gangs of everyone.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - I will have 4 deputies, 2 of them for turfs 2 of them for leading events etc etc, when im not at around.
3.2 - Under my leadership, main thing will be revive ghetto and all gang events especially vehicle theft, informant and which is important for gangs.
3.3 - I will make sure to giving out bonuses if my gang members show good activity in events so they will not lose their faith inside the gang.
3.4 - I will make sure no rulebreak inside the gang, if they did any rulebreak it will be result with kicks/strikes.
3.5 - I will make sure to attend every single event, if im not at around my deputies will do this.
3.6 - I will make sure to have good spray team so that can spray every hour and we can see atleast 10k spray profit in every hour.
3.7 - If they wanna join to the gang they have to be 15 years old and need to give 10/13 answer to the interview questions.
3.8 - As everyone knows vagos have bad outlook with bad terms, i wanna fix it under my leadership.
3.9 - Me, my turf deputies and turfers will push hard for %100 turfs.
3.10 - I will make sure to do gunstore,fz's,store robberies every single day and hostage situations as possible.
