2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
The reason why i want to be a leader of LSPD. I served in LSPD as a deputy chief of police, chief of staff, head of department of Human Resources. I gained enough experience as a deputy leader what they want to do when they are in any trouble or in any situation. I served in FIB as deputy HOD of IA , supervisor, head of department as well. I started my career in SAHP as a probie then according to my work i am getting a better position and when i left SAHP as deputy HOD of HR. then I joined GOV and served the city as a Lawyer for 1 term. and also i am a deputy head of homeland security in Ryan Slater term.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.
- I have different ideas to take care of my employees and give them peaceful environment to work and give them a proper bonuses which they deserve and also according to their part in Organization and i will not do any favorism in my leadership if somebody doesn't deserve the high command rank i will not give them even if he is my brother or my close friend.
- I have different ideas to do a global between my org and other city orgs and also i decided the different think to do with the citizen to give them a peacefull environment to live in this beautiful city.
- I will change the looks of LSPD to little bit different if you guys are agree on that.
- I make sure that if any citizen call for help so LSPD is the first org who attend the call and help them and give them security if needed.
