1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to be leader of FIB because i want to help others, to make a difference in the city of los santos.and to feel like a hero that can take parts to help people and to save people's lives.By keeping the city safe and secure with the strength of me being the leader of FIB which is very strong and important to me because I know that im the person that will be leading the org and org memebers to succes an hopefully being the strong FIB leader like i am.
2.I will have the passion and dedication to run FIB and destroy Gang in Events showing that FIB is back and were here to fight and protect.I have the necessary skills to lead the organization to the right path and, I belive with that dedication I can make a strong positive impact within the organization.I have the strength and skills of leading Events and make a big strong differnce within the organization by being FIB leader of this organization.I belive i can set strong goals with heavy impact of strength and knowledge to be the most succesful that FIB can be.I want to reach FIBs full growth into this organization with heavy hardcore trainings and skills to reach its potential.
3.I will be the person that people hears about people saying how good i would be to dominate Gangs and destorying them by clapping them in ghetto patrols making them scared and run to there little HQs shaking because i will slap around gangs and show my org members how to clap the living piss out of a gang member.I am gonna that people talk about and say how strong FIB is and that we are way more powerful then any other org and gangs look out when i get leader because be ready when i get leader of FIB.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Communication.
Running FIB needs good short communications so when we are ready to fight, we know the signal.
When to be in those cars and flying to the criminal activate.
Listing to the curators.
I will give my full attention when the curators are giving me advice because your curators are your
strength and they are there to help and I will get all of the best information I need from my strong
dedicated curators.
Human Resorces
I am gonna have a very strong serious human resource team because I wanna know who is coming
into my organization and if they are a good fit of being here because if not there gone with no
questions asked.
Head of department
I will have to most trained people that have common sense with power and mobility to run these departments
with good attitude and, the respect that they worked all the way up to because they are the people that make
things easier.
Favoritism
This is one thing I hate there is no favoritism when your in here you are family because we are gonna treat you
