2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation).
A) I want to be leader of this organization to test my skills/abilities to prove I have what it takes. Had two successful deputy terms and high command positions in gangs. Therefore I learned the ins and outs of how the ghetto is and will pass on the knowledge of what I learned to others.
B) Every gang I recently been in has been the most active gangs. I will continue to push the activity once I become leader and will do whatever it takes to keep all the toxicity at a minimum. To help me out with all this I have some trust worthy friends I made to help me out on days I work IRL.
C) Proper communication skills will be used for gang members and high commands to make sure all rules are followed. Also will try my best to make sure everyone goes to events and push Bloods for being the best gang in city. There’s so much I want to do in this city and this is one of the biggest I want to achieve as leadership.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
A) Force interviews with 5/10 questions to make sure everyone knows rules
B) Proper RP will be taken place at all cost
C) Avoid the toxicity of other players and focus on ruling the ghetto
D) Have the most activity at every event even hostage, store/gunstore robberies as possible
E) Issue out bonuses at store robberies and collecting turf profits
F) Having a good spray team to make sure everyone in gang gets a steady pay check.
G) Push for 100% turfs
H) Having the right deputies and high commands to make sure everything is under control while I’m away.
