2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-1) I want to be the leader of this specific org (Bloods) because Bloods is the reason for what I am today in the city, Bloods was the first ever gang I have joined and I have been in gang from most of my rp life. Bloods is where I found all my friends and learned the rules.The Bloods have a name which people know and fear from. I've a lot of experience in Bloods and I know the hq from top to bottom, I know the whole hq and spots.
-2)I want to be leader of Bloods because I think I am a perfect candidate for this position, I've been higherups in gangs many times and I have a lot of experience with Gang Activities and Gang Events, I also have experience with leading them.I think that if I got the leader I can bring the bloods back on top and hopefully to get all other player back who were there in old terms with zero toxicity with other gangs and maintaining a good relationship with them.
-3) I would have members and I would be able to start doing gang activities right as I start after we are unfrozen.I have very much experience of Legal as well as illegal orgs and I had been HC in almost both the organisations so I know the proper RP and Rules and tactics strategies of legal orgs so I can ensure the safety of my gang members and protect them from getting arrested by Legal orgs. I have faith and I believe that I am capable of being the leader of this gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-I advice to improve Rp is to keep the gang alive and do gang activities, I will be doing clandestine, store robberies. I have some of the best negotiators for store robbery which make the rp really fun. We will be doing every event we can, I'm also going to be focusing on is Fort Zanduco Raids. I'm going to be going to the ghetto and increase the gang activities and even get into hostage situations. I'm going to run this gang and take it to the top with all the support and help. I've enough support to even when I'm not in the city, the gang will still be alive doing events. I'm going to be attending all Submarines and Battleships. One thing I never allow is toxicity, I don't allow toxicity in my gang, and I will make sure everyone is respecting each other. Another thing ill make sure is everything is done the right way, so if a hostage is in the back seat, the doors are locked, and a gun is pointed at him, and gang members are using rp chat to do that using commands. I always have strike/ warning systems for gang, where I give gang members warnings for not coming for events or doing something wrong like breaking rules which will make sure that rule breaks are not happening in the gang
I also want to state one thing that the gang is not for me or my personal profit so I will also focus on graffiti for that the player who will be in my gang they will get a decent amount of money which will motivate them to do more gang activity also it will help on there personal growth.
3.A My Warn System
So in my Organization I will introduce a warn system in which if you break a rule you get 1 warning.
Everyone will have the right to 1 verbal warning. If somene have 1 warn the he will be verbally warned. if somene have 2 warn the he will be demoted again. if somene have 3 warn the he will be kick from organization.
3.B My Blacklist System
if someone deliberately breaks the rules, they will be blacklisted
3.C My Promotion And Demotion System
If members participate in events their rank will be promoted but if members only take weapons and money and do nothing, the rank will be demoted.
3.D Fair
Everyone will have a chance to show their skills(like shooting). If they know the rules they be hc in my term easily
My Goals in this organisation.
1. I will stop the spreading of toxicity and misuse of HC powers .
2. I will give chances to show everyone and prove their capabilities specially as a shooter.
3. I will create a form test of questions for everyone in discord.
4. I will create massive situation while doing hostage situations and robberies so it will be fun for both the sides.
5. I will make my gang the most active gang in the city and I will change the viewing angle of everyone for seeing Blood from a poor gang to best gang
6. I will do 100% turf
7. I will do 100% graffity in ghetto
8. Finally I will make Blood the best gang on top.

MY APOLOGY: I know I had multiple warning and demorgan for rule break.But most of them was before November 2022 which is almost 4month ago,After my last warn I had tried to change myself
and tried all the server rules to get this opportunity to prove myself as blood leader that people can also change and a person who had a dark past can change himself him totally to get a fair chance and to prove him to other,and to get some respect.
