Dear Mazhor and Lebron,
I realize that I have acted foolishly in the past, but I want you to know that I have changed. What happened was a year ago, and I hope that you can forgive me if you think it is possible. I have also made a complaint to Lebron, but he rejected it and said that my appeal was reviewed by several higher-ups before, and I never got unbanned.
Mazhor, I am writing to ask for a second chance. If you are willing to give me one, maybe Lebron will also reconsider his decision and unban me, which is what I hope for.
