1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I would like to apply for a possible chance of getting this job due to my past professionalism and performance I show when around. I think I can make a difference and I am willing to go through challenging courses along with learning new things throughout the duties I have to do as an admin if I get accepted. I know I would make a huge difference and show a great performance in this position.
I recommend myself and am better than others depending on the performance and potential of the show. I make a great example to others as a starter and will always help them provide their best work within their career in the upcoming future if I pass. I will always do my best.
I will be running and supplying others with great work and showing that I’m interested in learning. I will concentrate on my role and job as well as providing the best work possible that could potentially be used within the duties of an administrator, and share the majority of my ideas for the upcoming future.
2. What are your strengths?
I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to work on till the upcoming future. I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness within my results.
I like to keep everything highly organized. I always take notes of new necessary things I need to work on and learn more on. I like to keep a clean workspace and create a logical filing method so I’m always able to find what I need.
I’m a people person. I love meeting new people and learning new tips and tricks from them so I can myself get better at delivering great results within my duties as a starter. I can always find common ground with strangers, and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
Although I always met my deadlines, I used to have a problem with keeping myself up and working on these weaknesses, and I end up working hard on it as the deadline approached. I once thought to myself that I had to work with the deadlines I had within my weaknesses, so I did some research and found some answers on how I can deal with it. As I started to work more on it every day it got away at the end. I do still have some weaknesses that I always try to work on very hard. I can tell you that I work better when I’m prepared and that can sometimes affect my duties, however, it’s not always a problem.
