Dear admins, first of all, I have been blocked for 3 days because I don't know why I was penalized for bug abuse. After doing some research, I learned that it is forbidden to cross the bumps and the lower road in front of the hospital in order to stabilize and slow down our speed. And I was punished for not knowing. If I had known that I would be punished and I knew it was forbidden, I would not have done such a thing and I will not do it anymore. Please take this petition into consideration and request that the 3-day penalty be lifted. Dear admin team, I apologize for going beyond your rules without knowing it. thank you
