As an admin, I would have the opportunity to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and kindness, while engaging in meaningful conversations. Additionally, I believe that I have the skills and experience to effectively moderate conversations and take action when necessary. In addition, I am motivated to help create a positive community experience and help foster a sense of understanding and collaboration between members. Finally, I am excited to take on the challenge of learning more about the world of online community management and growing as an admin.

I also tend to underestimate the amount of time it takes to complete a task, which can lead to missing deadlines or taking on more tasks than I can handle at one time. Additionally, I have difficulty staying organized, which can lead to me feeling overwhelmed and unable to prioritize tasks efficiently. In order to improve, I have been working on creating a more structured schedule and using task management tools to help me stay organized and on track.
