So, I stopped on the side of the road with my hazard light On, this SAHP guy comes and doesn't have any information against me, not my name, not my cars VIN number, I don't have a licence plate but he still fines me, so he did power gaming by checking my name thru G Menu and then fail RP by fining me without any info.
