1) Leader of Life Invader.
2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation).
2.1) Good management skills and leadership quality
As an individual with a deep passion for Life Invader, I believe that my unique blend of skills and experience makes me an ideal candidate for the position.
I work as a cybersecurity analyst and currently pursuing MBA in Strategy. I have demonstrated a history of successfully leading teams toward achieving ambitious goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment while I was in university. In addition, my expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development has allowed me to drive growth and profitability from the departments I managed.
Furthermore, I am a firm believer in meritocracy and do not support favoritism in any form. I believe that only deserving individuals should be promoted based on their performance. I am committed to fostering an environment in which everyone feels heard and valued.
As the CEO of Life Invader, I would leverage these skills to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability while fostering a culture of excellence.
2.2) Knowledge and experience
I have always been passionate about Life Invader and have closely followed the developments and trends in all the departments. What sets me apart is my in-depth knowledge of the city, which I believe will be an asset to Life Invader.
I worked as a senior manager for six months in Life Invader (EN2) and gained invaluable experience by editing 10,000+ ads, taking interviews, making posters and spiels, writing articles, hosting talent shows and global events.
My three months as the high command of the Life Invader (EN3) have allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the organization in this city, the challenges faced it, and the opportunities for growth and innovation.
I am confident that my knowledge of the city, combined with my experience in Life Invader, makes me an ideal candidate for the CEO position.
2.3) Open to suggestions and constructive criticism
One of the key reasons why I am eager to take on this challenge is that I thrive on constructive criticism. I believe that feedback is crucial for growth and development, and I welcome it with open arms. By actively seeking out feedback from my colleagues, I can identify areas for improvement and work towards enhancing my leadership capabilities.
I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and teamwork. I understand that there may be a gap between employees and the CEO, and I am committed to bridging that gap by fostering a culture of transparency, open communication, and trust. I will encourage employees to share their ideas, suggestions, and feedback, and I will ensure that their voices are heard.
I have a strong mental capacity and the ability to handle pressure effectively. I have never been one to argue or create unnecessary conflict in the workplace. Instead, I prefer to work collaboratively with my team and strive toward finding solutions that benefit everyone.
Another key attribute that sets me apart is my ability to remain calm and level-headed in challenging situations. I never act impulsively or make hasty decisions. Instead, I take the time to carefully evaluate the situation, consider all possible options, and calculate the potential consequences before making a decision.
Overall, I am confident that my calm personality, commitment to constructive criticism, and open communication make me an ideal fit for this role.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Encourage and train employees to improve the quality of their roleplay during events. This will help create a more immersive experience for the people involved.
2) Increase the frequency of talent shows to showcase the diverse talents of people in the city.
3) Host more events regularly to keep people engaged and interested.
4) Hold regular team meetings with employees to listen to their grievances and suggestions to improve the organization.
5) Organize High Command team meetings of the ads team to discuss the performance of each employee and make promotions based on their overall contribution, not just based on the number of ads they do each week. The number of ads they got wrong should also affect their promotion.
6) Inform the journalism team about upcoming events so they can prepare to report on them and ask them to take interviews of powerful and rich people in the city on a regular basis. This will increase the interest of the general public, and motivate them to work hard and try to be like them.
7) Work to improve the organization's reputation in the eyes of the general public in the city. This could involve creating more positive interactions with the public and being more responsive to their needs and concerns.
8) Train all interns in the basics of all three departments (ads, creative, and journalism) so that they can contribute to other departments in the event of staff shortages. This could help to create a more flexible and resilient team.
9) Update the Forbes list, which is outdated and may not accurately reflect the current state of the city's economy.
10) An anonymous suggestion box should be created to encourage employees and citizens to offer their opinions.
11) Meritocracy should be emphasized and any cases of favoritism should be deeply investigated and necessary actions should be taken against those found guilty.
