2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1I want to be leader of Lifeinvader because i have a lot of experience. i am already working 5 monthes there and i have seen a lot of how things work and how to do it. For example preparing a event ( fashion show,talent show, etc) i know exactly who to ask and tell them what we need from them to make it work. so that the comunication with the team stays in short lines
2.2Also i want to bring the org to the next level of being a radio station. With more events,articals and interviews and about the ins and outs of the city. for example haveing a them that posts at the lspd so when they see them go to a place that they follow them and make a report of it or that i send them out to the mountains and that they make reports of caves or tunnels.
2.3 and i really want to see the org grow and create a team that work togheter closely and that everything will go faster and smoother so we will be know as the org that has fun,delivers daily work and are getting better in what they do everyday.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Being more in the public and at the HQ these days the HQ is empty most of the time i want to change it and place 1 or 2 persoons there and give them a bonus for it so that when you go to the HQ you will get help instant. to make the interaction more in the city.
3.2 Doing more events i really want to do more events even if they are small like little drag races or that we gone stand some where ant they have to find us and also big ones like a race or triathon where they need to run swim and ride a bike. or we work with togheter with the other orgs to make something big in the city.
3.3 And i want to give special party`s For lifeinvader members for when it is promotion day and When they deliverd great work so they can have some fun time togheter and kinda like team building.
3.4 and i wanna sort out where things like favretisme happen to prevent that from happening.
