We had to kill this guy 78899 in Zentorno, after that You cann see a T20 been driven by 62555 at the scene of crime from Ballas,

After we cuff and patch 78899, and tryna take him to DOC, this guy in T20 probably climbed a hill and shot him, If you see POV, the bullets aimed were not meant to hit the LEOs but it were rather aimed at the detainee, and the detainee was completely finished after that. No other cars or suspects were spot at that time, So this 62555 is the only person who must have shot him.
