As you can see the POV, I had every IC reason to shoot them,
I gave them multiple requests to stop the vehicle, it was their failure to comply so I had to engine block them,
And that is a whole IC reason as a LEO to shoot the victims if they are not complying and trying evading from the scene, I can engine block them, shoot them, Cuff and patch them, and take them to DOC.
Gave them the demand with the radar to stop which they didn't so they were evading police custody which gave me a reason to shoot as a LEO in line of duty.
