2 - Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have did several applications to be a leader of a organization but the one i always wanted was the Marabunta because i played before on the pt server where i was a deputy of the marabunta wicht i loved the experience i had while i was there and since there i started to think about beying a leader but on the pt server i dindt try but when i come to en3 after a few weeks i started wondering maybe i could try here so i did it and made some applications witch some got accepted where i went to a interview and failed but since then i have been active on the server and have experience around the server knowing the rules and having experience as a player and i think i have at it takes to become a leader and take the Marabunta to a whole new level.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Trying to make sure to prevent any kind of toxic behavior towards people and other gangs beying legal or ilegal.
- I will make sure that we do hostage situations to make the legal side busy and on their feets.
- I will provide everyone bonus depending on their activities to make them happier and to encourage them to be more active.
- Do FZ raids and Clands to fill the gang warehouse with ammo and weapons for the members.
- Gang up with another gangs when is possible to increase the crime in the city and also at the same time prevent any toxic behavior between gangs.
