2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons)
I mainly want to become leader because I think I have the skills that a real leader needs, that means that I am not toxic and try to find a good solution for problems that the most people are happy with.
Although I don’t have the experience as a leader of any organization I have good experience in gangs or legal organisations as high command in multiple servers. I also have experienced deputys supporting me.
The past couple of months the gangs were either inactive or just breaking server rules. I want to change that and show that you can have good RP experiences when interacting with gangs (as LEO), or when joining a gang.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1) I want to interact with the LEOs as much as possible and not just take hostages to for example Mega Mall and just shoot them as soon as they arrive there.
2) Don’t give out Rank Ups or Invites to people that don’t know the rules.
3) Give out Bonuses to People that are helping the Gang to grow.
4) Work together with other gangs to support each other in situations that can’t be handeld as one gang alone

Get the gang not toxic and make it fun for everyone
I know that my punishment history is not the best but I learned from my mistakes and I would like to get a chance as leader.
