Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (list three reasons with an explanation)
I have been in LSPD many times and i have learned many things and met many wonderful people on my journey i have always been giving advice and help to anyone that needs it. i am fair in everyway and i can decide what punishments are appropriate i lead many things with the same experience as this i was lieutenant in mighty's term and a lot of people knew me i have great understanding of rules and leadership and i believe i am ready to take on this wonderful position i am available most the time i have read the requirements and i am very confident in all of them. And one thing i will promise it i will make sure the team of LSPD will only hire officers that know what there doing
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
i have a big imagination for events and what i will think is we try to restrict OOC speaking down like a lot i will attempt to make sure none of our officers break character in anyway i will imerse anyone in LSPD with the most immersive experience ever to be seen aswell as try to have LSPD as realistic as possible with loadouts uniforms and all sorts i will keep everyone in check and make interviews alot stricter to try and keep RP proper in the org and out
