But if i get out the car he will take my debt. it was a trap to get me out of a car. Every debt collector doing this and he killed me without no reason. If i ask someone to show me passport and they didnt show me so it means i can kill him? By the way i gave him demand to leave before he demanded me to show my passport. And also why do i supposed to show my passport? Is he FIB or any LEO? Please think about this way. All my respect.

Sir tbh i dont think my friend must show his passport. And that guy already was coming with the gun on the hand and my friend gave him demand to leave. He didnt leave and he killed. As you can see it is a trap to get my friend out of a car to take debt. It is not fair.

Here it is, you both gave improper demands, and 0 guns pointed during the situation before he killed you, you must countdown from 5 and then they aren’t following demands, therefore you can kill them, in this situation neither person did that. Therefore yes this should be RDM, do to no countdown towards the guy in the car.
