Hello Mazhor,

I'm starting to feel pissed of the Technical Section. I've been chasing after my bugged LV top for 4 months now. Next problem I've been told by Napal I'll get a refund because I bought the stones that shouldn't be in the shop. I opened a ticket in the Technical Section and they say there is no refund.

I have already submitted a complaint to you, but this was only answered with "Reviewed". My LV Top is still untradeable and I still didn't get a refund for the stones purchase.

Napal wrote to me and I got a refund from him. The problem with the LV Top is still there.
