albus pluxury only punished a guy for event rule 1.11 but it was more than one guy shooted outside and also brokeed event rule 1.9 blocking total road not leaving a passage to go sir i hope u understand the situation with all due respect it shall be locked for state curator thank u sir Leos r abusing their powers in all manners which shall be controlled.

Rejected. You went outside circle and you were shot before. Regarding event 1.9 you had still access to the road re-watch your pov so administrator made correct decision
