"First of all, Hello Dear Bobby or Floki. My family member and very close friend, Victor Louis, was checked by Raymond Bishop on 1.04.2023, but no cheating was detected during the PC check. However, Raymond said the following (there is written proof): "You did not come with your own computer." We don't know how he understood this, as he did not check the computer's IP address or anything else. He said the ban would not be lifted and suddenly banned him for cheating." If Victor did come from another computer as Raymond claims, which we have no evidence of since he accessed PC Check from his own computer and not another one, even if we assume that Raymond is correct and Victor accessed the game from another computer and no cheating was found, we want evidence of this. We believe that this is our right because we invest our time in the game every day, participate in all events, and put in a lot of effort. He claims that this computer is not yours and doesn't look at anything to determine this, such as the computer's IP address. He simply says that it is not your computer, and then bans you for cheating without any evidence of cheating. We are only opening this forum to defend our rights because there is no evidence or anything else to support why my friend was banned for cheating out of nowhere. We have immense respect for your work, and we also believe that we have the right to see the evidence, just like you do. Dear Raymond, if Victor had been caught cheating during the PC check, he would have already mentioned it on Discord, but the only thing he said was that "this is not your computer." There was no discussion related to cheating. We have proof of this. It would have been easy for him to check the motherboard IP address, but he made these claims without looking into it.
