2.Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
As someone who has been a member of the Marabunta for a long time, and also I have been under deputy in almost all gang and I have seen the ups and downs of the gang. I want to be the leader to help steer the gang in the right direction and make it a force to be reckoned with in the server. I believe I have the skills, knowledge, and experience to lead the gang and take it to the next level.
3.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
We will only recruit members who have a good understanding of RP and the server rules. We will organize training sessions for new members to ensure they understand the gang's rules and protocols. We will encourage our members to interact with other players in a positive and respectful manner. We will promote and participate in RP events to build relationships with other gangs and organizations. We will set up a feedback system where members can give suggestions for improving the gang's RP. We will keep our criminal activities within the limits of the server rules and not engage in any OOC drama. We will work towards building a reputation as a feared and respected gang that other players will want to interact with and challenge.
