2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I Want to Be the Leader of The NG For Many Reasons

• I am a seasoned military officer with extensive experience in the National Guard and the private sector. I have the necessary skills and knowledge to lead the organization and improve the quality of life for the citizens of the city. As a candidate, I would like to demonstrate how real generals work and how they can handle situations effectively. I would also like to build a strong command team that can handle the various tasks that come with being a general.
  
  
• I want to make this organization the best. Because I know it can be with the right people and the right passion. I really live for the work I’m doing and I want to live for this. This will be my job and the most important thing.
  
  
• The last reason is that I want to see all departments working in different ways than other terms. National guard have the tendency to be the same term after term and I want to give that a change with different names for all different departments. I want to focus on the special forces since that is a very important part of National Guard

3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.


1.) I will make sure that every department is working properly. I also hire the best possible human resources team to train the soldiers so they can understand the laws and regulations of the NG plus the sate legislations

2.) Favoritism: I will never allow favoritism during my term. Soldiers will only be promoted on promotion days if the leader approves ! , Any High Command who will be doing favoritism will be blacklisted! (No matter who he is )
3.) Changing Cars places in main barks to reduce wither conditions (input delay)

1. Air Force (AF):- Their work will be to
- Scout around for intel's
- Providing Air Support for ammo runs
- Helping units for quick travel and response to Global and locals

2. Recruitment Representative (RR):-
- Hire soldiers for organization
- Give them proper training about ( Use of PDA, How and where to place spikes, Gatekeeping duties, Uniforms, Loadout, etc. )
- Maintain discipline in the base

3. Seal Team Six (SASD): - This department will be trained for every type of special operations like
- The first ones to respond to globals and locals
-They will be leading all types of situations like NG raids, Ghetto Patrol etc.

4. Military Police (MP):-
- Their work will be to do inspections of logs and all the NG soldiers that they have proper health checkup, Gun license, will be checking everyone's
car trunks and the background of any criminal or illegal status.

4. National Security Guards (NSG Commando):-
-Also known as Black Cat Commandos or Black Commandos
-It's a rank that requires a strong and fearless body!
-They are a team that only dispatches when the situation is not controllable at all!

Combat Medic :-
This is the Department of medical this department make sure that all soldier is well and gives a pill to these soldiers who need pills they also make sure that the soldier at the gates is with full health and check in every 20 to 30 min to gatekeepers health
