I was talking to bloodlines about the issues we are having with ray chi aka id number 260484 about him RDMing constantly. If they wanna ally we cant if this guy is gonna keep killing us. He came out of nowhere and starting shooting us. Others put there hands up and ran away apologized for his actions how they cant control him. Its not there fault he is doing this its not his first time doing it either they live down the street and always RDM anyone driving. he has been warned multiple times with the same issues.
