guy sees me on motorcycle and instead of trying to avoid me, he very obviously tries to run me over. Sure i was in the wrong lane but it is more than clear that he had no intention of avoiding me and wanted me to get slammed off the bike so he could kill me. (I couldn't avoid him as i was in the middle of a wheelie)
